Todd Wihlen, DVM
Hospital director Dr. Todd Wihlen joined the Animal Hospital of Pittsford medical team in 1996.
Dr. Wihlen grew up in Rochester and attended the State University of New York at Oswego. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1989. He pursued his veterinary education at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine cum laude in 1996.
His professional interests include dentistry, surgery and senior pet care. Dr. Wihlen is a member of the New York State Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Animal Hospital Association.
Outside the hospital, he enjoys running, biking and playing water sports in his spare time. He and his wife, Monique, are the proud parents of two daughters, Morgan and Hannah. Their four-legged family members include two dogs, Diamond and Luke, a cat named Bently and a guinea pig named Mr. Nibbles.
